Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, X5, Ace, Ace Pro, Ace Pro 2, GO 3, GO 3S, GO Ultra, ONE R, and ONE RS

When using the camera abroad, you need to update the camera's location to your current country or region to ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection between the camera and the Insta360 app.

How to set the current region to your camera

For Android phones

Open the Insta360 app > go to "Me" > tap "Set current region to camera" > select your current region > tap "Apply to Camera". After completion, restart the camera for the settings to take effect.

For iPhones

Go to Settings > tap "General" > select "Language & Region" > tap "Region" and set your current location > once set, open the Insta360 app and reconnect to the camera.

Please note: When using the camera in a different country or region, please set the current region to your camera and device before establishing a Wi-Fi connection. Incorrect or delayed location settings may prevent your phone from detecting the camera's Wi-Fi signal.
