Ace Pro 2: Xplorer Grip Pro Kit Connection & Usage Issues

Scenario 1: The Grip is connected to the camera's Type-C port, but the camera still displays "Not Connected"

  1. Long press the Shutter button on the Grip for 8 seconds to reset it.
  2. Charge the Grip for 2-3 minutes using 5V/2A, 9V/2A, or 5V-11V/3A charger to rule out connection issues caused by low battery.
  3. After charging, unplug the Type-C cable, connect the Grip to the camera's Type-C port, and try connecting the camera and the Grip again.

Scenario 2: The Zoom Knob/Shutter button is unresponsive, custom Zoom Wheel settings are not taking effect, or the Grip crashes

Long press the Shutter button on the Grip for 8 seconds to reset it. Then unplug the Type-C cable, connect the Grip to the camera's Type-C port, and try connecting the camera and the Grip again.

Scenario 3: The camera does not automatically connect to / wake up the Grip upon powering on

The Grip enters the sleep mode after 8 consecutive hours of inactivity. In this state, the camera will not automatically connect to the grip upon powering on. Please press the Shutter button on the Grip to manually wake it up.

Please note: It is recommend to power on the Grip by long pressing the Shutter button during daily use to prevent such issues.
