Instructions

  1. Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the Shortcut menu.
  2. Tap "Underwater Mode" (the diver-shaped icon) to enable this mode.

Please note: Once Underwater Mode is enabled, the camera automatically optimizes stabilization and distortion correction parameters. It also locks the screen to prevent accidental touches underwater. This mode is specifically designed for underwater use; please do not use this mode in non-underwater scenes, as it may affect shooting results.

Can the camera connect to the Insta360 app on my phone or GPS Preview Remote while Underwater Mode is enabled?

Yes. However, please note that the camera will automatically turn off Underwater Mode upon a successful connection. If you need to continue using Underwater Mode, you must manually re-enable it afterwards.
