Scenario 2: Failure to power on in other situations
Description
The camera won't turn on. This includes failure during the first startup of a new camera, sudden shutdown during normal use and unable to restart, failure to power on after prolonged storage, and other scenarios where the camera won't turn on.
Solution
- Check if the battery is fully drained:
- Charge the camera using the original USB cable for about 20 minutes, and check if the indicator light turns on.
- If it powers on, the issue was likely due to a fully drained battery; if the camera is still unresponsive, please try the following steps.
- Troubleshoot battery, memory card, and cable issues:
- Remove the battery, insert the memory card only, connect the device to a power supply, and then attempt to power on.
- If the camera is unresponsive, insert only the battery without the memory card, and attempt to power on.
- If the camera is still unresponsive, remove both the battery and memory card, connect only the charging cable, and attempt to power on.
