Ace Series: Footage Exhibits a Blue or Yellow Tint or Sudden Color Shift
Applicable Models: Ace, Ace Pro, and Ace Pro 2
Description
If the white balance is not set correctly for the camera before shooting, the footage shot may have an overall blue or yellow tint. Additionally, sudden color shifts might also occur during recording.
Solution
Scenario 1: Footage exhibits a blue or yellow tint
- Swipe left from the right edge of the camera screen to check the current shooting parameters and locate the White Balance (WB).
- If it's currently in the Manual(M) mode, switch it to "Auto" and try shooting again to see if the colors return to normal.
Please note: White Balance (WB) adjusts the color tone of the image.
- Lower values result in a cooler (bluish) tone.
- Higher values result in a warmer (yellowish) tone.
- Adjust the WB value according to the ambient light for more natural-looking results.
Scenario 2: Sudden color shift occurs while using Auto White Balance
