Solution
I. Check memory card
- Ensure you are using a MicroSD / TF card formatted as exFAT that meets the following specifications: UHS-I, V30 or higher.
- Remove the memory card and check for any dirt. Gently clean the contacts with a soft cloth.
- Check the card slot for poor contact, adjust the card if necessary, and reinsert the card firmly.
II. Check power supply or battery
- Check external power supply
- Verify that the external power supply matches the camera specifications.
- Disconnect the external power supply and try operating the camera using the battery power only.
Please note: The supported power adapter types vary by model. Please refer to the following:
- Ace: Power adapter rated at 5V/3A or lower
- Ace Pro: Power adapter rated 5V~9V/3A, or PD 3.0 PPS USB-C power adapter
- Ace Pro 2: Power adapter rated 5V~11V/3A, or PD 3.0 PPS USB-C power adapter
- Check internal battery
- Remove and reinsert the battery to ensure good contact.
- Try replacing it with a fully charged backup battery.
III. Cool down the camera
If the camera has been recording for an extended period or is in a high-temperature environment, move it to a cool, well-ventilated area. Let it sit and cool down for a while before restarting.
