  1. Check if the protective film on the screen surface has been removed
  2. Troubleshooting based on screen responsiveness

Scenario 1: The screen is responsive but not sensitive

If the screen responds to operations such as taps or swipes but reacts slowly or inconsistently, perform a factory reset: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > select "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Factory Reset" > tap "Confirm".

Scenario 2: The screen is completely unresponsive
