Ace Series: Camera Button is Malfunctioning or Unresponsive

Scenario 1: The camera has been used underwater

Gently dry the camera surface with a clean, soft cloth. Afterwards, refrain from pressing any button and place the camera in a dry, well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight). Let it sit for a period of time. After the moisture has evaporated, try pressing the button again to see if it returns to normal.

Scenario 2: The camera was not used underwater

Perform a factory reset. Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > tap "Factory Reset" > tap "Confirm". Then, check if the button returns to normal.
