The Zoom feature allows you to re-frame without changing your shooting position, adapting to different shooting scenarios. It also supports quick zooming while recording. This article provides instructions for using the Zoom feature and some FAQ answers.
Instructions
On the shooting preview screen, you can activate zoom in the following two ways:
Method 1: Double-tap the screen in the shooting preview screen
Method 2: Tap the focal length icon in the lower right of the screen

FAQ
1. How do I turn off the Zoom feature?
- Ace: This feature cannot be disabled
- Ace Pro and Ace Pro 2: Swipe down from the top of the camera screen to access the "Shortcut" menu > tap "Settings" (Gear icon ⚙) > select "General" > turn off "Clarity Zoom".
2. Does the camera support autofocus?
No. The camera uses a fixed-focus lens and therefore does not support autofocus or manual focus.
