FAQ
1. Can the camera connect directly to an external hard drive?
No, the camera does not support direct connection to external hard drives.
2. Can media files that are transferred from the camera to a USB flash drive or computer and then back to the camera be played normally?
For normal playback, the MP4 file and its corresponding LRV file must both be transferred to the camera's memory card, and neither file name should have been changed.
Please note: Media recorded in the Video, FreeFrame Video, or Loop Recording Modes will generate two files: an MP4 file and an LRV file. For example, the file LRV_20240801_154541_01_012 corresponds to the MP4 file VID_20240801_154541_00_012.
3. Can videos/photos be imported from a phone, SD card, computer, or other devices to the camera?
Currently, viewing media shot with other devices on the camera is not supported.
4. Can the camera screen be mirrored to a TV or monitor (via HDMI output/wireless screen mirroring)?
No, this feature is not supported.
