Formatting Ace/Ace Pro

It is recommended to periodically transfer camera files to a mobile phone or computer for backup, and format the camera’s internal storage to avoid abnormal storage issues.

Format via Ace/Ace Pro

1. Insert the microSD card into Ace/Ace Pro.
2. Turn on Ace/Ace Pro.
3. Slide down from the top of the screen, tap the settings icon "⚙" > "Camera Storage" > "Format Storage".

Format via Insta360 app

1. Connect Ace/Ace Pro to your phone via the Insta360 app.
2. Enter the Settings page, then tap "Other Settings" > "Camera Storage" > "Format Storage".

Note: When formatting the card by computer, it needs to be in exFAT format, and the allocation unit size should be default.
