Q2 Which phones/tablets are compatible with Insta360 Ace/Insta360 Ace Pro?

The following devices have been tested for compatibility with the Insta360 app. The app requires a modern smartphone with adequate processing power to enable its powerful features.

Please Note:

Devices that do not meet the above requirements may still be able to use the app to control the camera. However, the performance of some processor-intensive and AI-powered features may be sub-optimal.
After testing, phones equipped with Qualcomm SDM765 5G chips have poor hardware decoding capabilities and are not supported for use, such as OPPO Reno 3 5G.
App installation requires a mobile phone with a 64-bit system. A 32-bit system does not support app installation.

Q3 What if my phone or tablet doesn't meet the compatibility requirements? Can I still use Insta360 Ace/Insta360 Ace Pro ?

Insta360 Ace/Insta360 Ace offers multiple methods of control for shooting. So, even if your smartphone or tablet doesn't meet the performance requirements, as long as you can install the Insta360 app to activate the camera, it won't affect your ability to control Insta360 Ace/Insta360 Ace for shooting.

If you encounter performance issues during post-production when editing or exporting using the mobile App, you can utilize desktop software, Studio, for editing. For detailed instructions, please refer to the tutorials.
