Applicable Models: ONE X, X2, X3, X4, X4 Air, and X5
When an X series camera is connected to a computer via the USB Mode or U-Disk Mode, the computer displays the error message "USB device not recognized", but the camera can still be accessed and read normally.
When the camera enters the USB Mode or U-Disk Mode, it automatically restarts. During this process, the camera is temporarily disconnected from the computer, causing an error when the computer attempts to recognize the camera. In this case, camera connection and file transfer will not be affected.
If only this error message appears, but you can still access files on the camera normally, rest assured that this is normal. There are no issues with the camera connection or functionality.
