X Series: Slow Motion Mode FAQ

FAQ

1. Can I select the Slow Motion Mode directly on the camera?

The Slow Motion Mode (turtle icon) is currently not available on X Series cameras. We will continuously optimize our products to provide you with a better user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!

2. Can X series cameras play back slow motion videos?

No.

• X5, X4 Air, and X4: The camera only supports playing videos at normal speed.
• X3 and X2:
  • For videos shot at 50fps or higher: When you tap to view the video, the camera will prompt you to view the full slow motion effect via the Insta360 app.
  • For videos shot at frame rates below 50fps: Videos can only be played back at normal speed on the camera.
• ONE X: In-camera video preview is not supported.
