1. How do I use Gesture Control on X4 Air?

X4 Air can be controlled via gestures to take a photo and start/stop recording a video. Swipe down on the touchscreen and tap the ✋ icon to enable Gesture Control.

• Show ✌️ "Peace" gesture: Take a photo.
• Show ✋ "Palm" gesture: Start/stop recording.

2. How can I improve the accuracy of gesture detection?

Distance: 1.3–5.2ft (0.4–1.6m) from the camera.

Visibility: Keep your head and hand gestures fully in frame.

Lens position: Avoid standing directly between the two lenses.

Multiple people: X4 Air prioritizes the selfie stick holder first, then the largest visible face.

Hold duration: Keep your gesture steady for 1–2 seconds near your face.

3. Does Gesture Control work underwater?

Yes, but accuracy may decrease due to lighting and water conditions.

4. Does Gesture Control work while wearing helmets or gloves?

Yes. It can recognize gestures even with partially covered faces, though accuracy is reduced compared to a fully visible face.
