You should insert the memory card (Micro SD card) properly to keep recording seamless and your files safe. Below is a guide on how to correctly install and remove the memory card.
How to install or remove a MicroSD card
- Slide the battery cover latches towards the center simultaneously and remove the battery.
- Insert the memory card into the card slot in the direction indicated on the card until a click is heard, confirming it is properly seated.
- To remove the Micro SD card, gently press the installed card with your fingertip, and it will automatically eject.
- After completing the operation, reinsert the battery and ensure it is fully locked with no orange mark visible at the latches to maintain the device's water resistance.
