1. How do I export device logs from Insta360 Wave?

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap "Settings" > "General" > "About" then scroll down to the bottom and tap "Export Logs."
After exporting the logs, return to the settings page, connect the computer and Insta360 Wave using a USB cable, swipe down and tap "USB Mode" > "File Transfer." The computer will then automatically detect an external hard drive named "Wave Files," from which you can copy the entire log folder.

2. How do I export logs from Insta360 Wave Controller?

Open the Insta360 Wave Controller, right-click the icon on your computer’s taskbar, and click "Open Log Directory." You will see log directories for different dates; then simply select the directory corresponding to the date the issue occurred.
