8.5.1 Common error codes

Error Code Meaning Solution
310 SD card not inserted Check if all the SD cards are usable and inserted in the camera.
311 No enough storage space in SD card Find out the problematic SD card based on the card number shown on the camera screen. Clean its files or change other SD card.
312 SD card is write-protected or removed when recording video If the SD card has been corrupted, please try formatting to exFat again.
313 SD card's write speed doesn't meet requirements due to the accumulation of file fragments. Please use computer to format the SD card again.
413 The operation was not allowed under this situation Press any button to eliminate this error; if it doesn't help, please restart the camera.
414 Microphone error If you are using external microphone, please unplug it and plug in again; then start to shoot.
415 Optical flow stitching error Please try shooting again.
417 The temperature of camera is too high Wait and retry.
418 Module is busy Try again.
430 File open error Check if the SD card was write-protected.
431 File io error Check if the SD card was write-protected.
432 No enough storage space Check the storage space of device.
433 No storage device Connect storage device.
434 Low writing speed of storage device Format the storage device to see whether it helps; if doesn't, please change the storage device.
435 MUX write error Restart the camera.
436 MUX open error Restart the camera.
437 Network reconnecting Wait.
438 Network fails to reconnect Check the network.
439 Network disconnected Check the network.
450 System goes stuck Restart the camera.
460 Failed to open lens module 1. Turn off the camera, take out the battery and leave it for about 5 mins; then restart the camera.
2. If you are using H2N or other similar external audio devices, please be sure to follow the order: unplug H2N, start and set H2N; after these steps, you can connect it with Titan.
462 Lens module fails to read the command 1. Turn off the camera, take out the battery and leave it for about 5 mins, and then restart the camera.

3. If the Titan was dropped before, some internal components may have been broken and caused the failure.
464 Lens module fails to read data Unplug all USB device and SD card to see whether such error disappears. If yes, the problem may be caused by the device. If the error keeps occurring, please restart the camera.
466 Lens module falls offline Turn off the camera, take out the battery and leave it for about 5 mins, and then restart the camera.
701/702/703 SD card is locked Check if the SD card is write-protected.
811 Fails to upgrade module Try to upgrade the firmware again. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact our customer service team.
1001 Program start-up error Reset or restart.

8.5.2 Indicator status summary

Power adapter:

The camera adopts 19.5V 9A power adapter with DC interface.

Battery type and duration:

The camera uses a 10000mAh replaceable battery. When the WiFi connection is off, battery life is about 70 minutes.

Charging with power off:

When the camera is not fully charged, the red power indicating lamp will go on;

When the camera is fully charged, the green power indicating lamp will go on.

Charging with power on:

When the electricity quantity of the camera is below 10%, the red power indicating lamp will go on until the low-point protection is enabled or the camera is shut down upon exhaust of electricity;

When the electricity quantity of the camera is between 11% and 20%, the yellow power indicating lamp will go on;

When the electricity quantity of the camera is between 21% and 100%, the white power indicating lamp will go on;

When the camera operates, the work indicating lamp will be in the same color as the power indicating lamp.
