Q1. How many battery types does ONE R have?
There are currently 3 battery types for ONE R:
The standard Battery Base with a capacity of 1190mAh (included in all Editions)
The Boosted Battery Base with a capacity of 2380mAh
The Vertical Battery Base with a capacity of 1200 mAh (for use in Drone Mount and Dive Case for Dual-Lens 360 Mod)

Q2. What is the battery life of the ONE R battery?
The battery life may vary when shooting in different scene, but it is approximately (Standard battery):
4K Wide Angle build: 70mins
Dual-Lens 360 build: 70mins
1-Inch Wide Angle build: 65mins

Q3. How can I charge the ONE R battery?
There are 2 charging methods:

  1. ONE R Type-C Charge Cable: Using 5V 2A voltage and current, it will take 65 minutes to fully charge the standard Battery Base and 130 minutes to fully charge the Boosted Battery Base.
  2. ONE R Fast Charge Hub: Using the official 9V 2A charging head, it will take 65 minutes to fully charge two standard Battery Bases and 130 minutes to fully charge two Boosted Battery Bases.

Q4. What is the working temperature range of ONE R?
The working temperature range of ONE R is -20°C (-4°F) to 40°C (104°F).

Q5. Does the ONE R battery support quick charging?
ONE R and the Fast Charge Hub both support quick charging. The Fast Charge Hub meets QC2.0 protocol.

Q6. What should I do if the battery is not fully charging with the ONE R Type-C Charge Cable?
If the standard Battery Base is not fully charged after 65 minutes (130 minutes for enhanced Battery Base) or longer when charging with a 5V 2A power adapter, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Please verify the power adapter and Charge Cable are functioning properly by connecting your phone to them.
  2. Please power off ONE R and observe the indicator:
    1)If it flashes red, the camera cannot recognize the battery. Please clean the connecting points to remove any dirt or dust. Try pressing Battery Base harder onto camera if battery has not been installed completely.
    2)If it is solid red, the battery is charging. Please leave it changing until the light turns off. If the indicator does not go off after 65 minutes (130 minutes for enhanced Battery Base) after testing 2-3 times, please use another power adapter to test.
  3. If the indicator light is off, the battery is fully charged.

Q7. What should I do if the battery is not fully charging with the Fast Charge Hub?
If the standard Battery Base is not fully charged after 65 minutes (130 minutes for Boosted Battery Base) or longer when charging with a 9V 2A power adapter, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Please verify the power adapter and Charge Cable are functioning properly by connecting your phone to them.
  2. Please observe the indicator on the Fast Charge Hub:
    1) If it is flashing red and green, the Fast Charge Hub cannot recognize the battery. Please clean the connecting points to remove any dirt or dust. Try pressing Battery Base harder onto the Fast Charge Hub if battery has not been installed completely.

    2)If it is solid red, the battery is charging. Please leave it changing until the light turns green. If the indicator does not go off after 65 minutes (130 minutes for Boosted Battery Base) after testing 2-3 times, there may be an equipment malfunction. Please use another charger to try and charge the battery.
  3. If the indicator light is off, the battery is fully charged.
