Q2. How can I check the serial number of my ONE R?
The serial number can usually be found on the packaging box. If the packaging box is lost, please power on ONE R and find it in the settings-Camera Info, or connect ONE R to your mobile phone, and then find it in the app’s settings under About Insta360.
