Swipe down to enter Shortcut, and swipe left to enter the second page, then select Settings -> General Settings -> Gyro Calibration.
Follow the onscreen instructions and place ONE R on a horizontal surface as shown to start calibrating. The indicator will flash green and blue during calibration.
After calibration, ONE R will restart automatically.
