Connecting to Apple Watch

Firstly please downlaod Insta360 App in your Apple Watch:

1. Download Insta360 App in your phone, then connect Apple Watch to it, and go to phone's [Watch], find "Insta360" app and hit "Install".
   
2. Alternatively, search "Insta360" and download it in AppStore of Apple Watch.
   

Connecting to Apple Watch

1. Press the power button to turn on your ONE R
   
2. Open Insta360 App on your Apple Watch.
   
3. Tap "Connect now" and follow the on-screen instruction to connect.
   

Note: The Bluetooth connection range is 10 meters (33 ft) in optimal conditions with no interference.
