Description

When the camera is uploading media to the Insta360+ Cloud Storage Service while charging, it may stop charging at 80% or charge slowly.

Solution

To prevent battery overheating and extend its service life, the camera limits the maximum charge level to 80% when uploading media to the cloud. Charging will automatically resume once media uploads are completed. This is a feature for battery protection; you may use the device with confidence.
