With Insta360+, you can conveniently (batch) share media via a link. Simply tap once to share—no export needed. Below are answers to some FAQ about media sharing via the cloud service.
How to (batch) share media via cloud service?
You can quickly share footage with others via cloud service as a link. When sharing, you may customize the caption and cover. The generated link can be sent through mainstream social platforms, and recipients will see a preview presented as an image-text card. The specific steps are as follows:
Via Insta360 app
Go to the Album page > select "Cloud" > tap the checkmark icon in the top right corner > choose the media to share > tap "Share".
Via Insta360 Studio
Go to the Media page > select "Cloud Album" > right-click the desired media > click "Share".
Please note:
- 360 videos and photos shared via the cloud service can be viewed from different angles by swiping left or right on the screen. Playback performance may vary by browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Safari.
- Media shot in Interval, Burst Photo, and Starlapse modes do not support sharing via a link.
FAQ
1. Is there a limit to the number of media files that can be shared via a single link from cloud service?
- Video: In-camera stabilized media (e.g., all 360 videos) and post-production stabilized media (e.g., Bullet Time, FreeFrame, Me Mode, FOV+)—the maximum number of files per share is 10.
- Image: The maximum number of image files per share is 10.
2. After I share cloud media with my friends via a link, can they download the media?
- 360 videos: MP4 files can only be downloaded via the share link on mobile devices.
- Other media types (such as non-360 videos, photos, etc.): The share link only supports online viewing. Download is not available yet.
3. Can the watermark on shared media be removed?
Watermarks cannot be disabled when sharing media via cloud service. We will continue optimizing our products to deliver a better user experience. Thank you for your understanding and support!
