How to check remaining cloud storage

1. Please open the Insta360 app and navigate to "Me" on the bottom menu bar.

1. Log in to the account you used to purchase the Insta360+ Cloud Service.

1. Find and tap "My Cloud and Devices" to view your current cloud storage usage, including the storage space subscribed via Apple, Google, Alipay, or the Insta360 Website, and the free storage from promotions.

Please note: Insta360 Store does not support checking remaining cloud storage currently. If you have purchased cloud service through the Insta360 Store, you must log in to the Insta360 app with the same account used for the purchase to view related information.
