FAQ

1. Do I need to remove the Lens Guard when using the ND filter?

Yes, you need to remove the Lens Guard. Before using the ND filter, you need to rotate and remove the Lens Guard from the camera counterclockwise, then install the ND filter onto the camera lens.

2. Can the camera be placed in the Dive Case after installing the Lens Guard and Screen Protector?

Yes. The Lens Guard and Screen Protector are compatible with the Dive Case. The camera can still be inserted into the Dive Case normally with them.

3. In high-temperature environments, if a Lens Guard containing air is submerged in water, will it fog up?

Fog may form on the Lens Guard, but this will not affect the camera's internal lens. If the Lens Guard fogs up, it is recommended to unscrew it first and let the fog air-dry naturally before reinstalling it.

4. What is the thread size of the Lens Guard?

GO 3: M15 × P0.5

GO 3S: M16.3 × P0.5

GO Ultra: N/A

5. Why is there a small notch at the bottom of the thread on GO Ultra's Lens Guard?

This notch is a "sprue" from the production process, a necessary feature for material injection and molding. It does not affect the lens protection, so you can use it with confidence.
