Scenario 1: Minor marks

It is recommended that you gently wipe the screen with a soft tissue, lens cloth, or cotton swab lightly moistened with alcohol to check whether the marks disappear.

If the marks remain after cleaning, they are usually minor physical scratches. Such wear and tear generally does not affect the camera’s functionality, and you may continue to use the camera with confidence. We also recommend avoiding storing the camera with sharp, hard objects such as keys in daily use to prevent accidental scratches.

Scenario 2: Obvious marks

If the camera screen shows clear signs of impact from being dropped or knocked, please follow the instructions below to send it for repair.
