FAQ

1. Can the gimbal save the unstitched photos after taking 360 photos? How to download unstitched photos?

Unstitched photos can be retained. On the pano photo shooting page, tap the "⋮" icon in the upper left corner > scroll down and enable "Save Unstitched Pano Photos". After shooting, all unstitched pano photos will be automatically saved to your phone album.

2. Why is there a black hole area when taking a 360 photo?

Due to the structural design of the gimbal, a blind spot exists at the bottom shooting area. It is recommended to place the gimbal on a plain, clean surface and extend the selfie stick so that the phone camera is as far away from the ground as possible. This effectively reduces the bottom black area and improves the final image quality.

3. What should I do if the phone collides with the gimbal arms during 360 photo shooting and causes abnormal gimbal movement?

Adjust the phone clamp to a lower position and reserve sufficient space between the phone bottom and gimbal arms to avoid physical interference.
