Description

When using the Insta360 app on HUAWEI Mate 60 / Mate 60 Pro / Pura 70 / Mate 70 Pro+ / Mate X5, the following issues may occur:

• After exporting 8K photo files from the Insta360 app, they may display a green screen or mosaic when viewed on the phone.

• When exporting 360 videos from the Insta360 app, the video displays a green screen when viewed on the phone.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Insta360 app v2.18.1. You can go to your app store, search for "Insta360", and tap "Update" (if available) to update. Alternatively, you can visit the Insta360 Website to download the latest version of the Insta360 app.
