1. Check the Insta360 app version
Ensure your Insta360 app is updated to the latest version. To update the app, search for "Insta360" in Apple App Store or your device's app store. If an "Update" button appears, tap it to update. Alternatively, you can visit the Insta360 Website to download the latest version of the Insta360 app.
2. Check the audio settings
Please check if your phone's Silent Mode is enabled. If it is, please disable it first, then exit and re-enter the Insta360 app to check if the issue is resolved.
