The Insta360 app offers a professional color grading feature, allowing you to flexibly adjust multiple parameters such as exposure and saturation. This helps you optimize the colors of your media and create content with enhanced visual quality.

How to use the Adjust feature

We recommend updating your Insta360 app to the latest version to ensure the Adjust feature functions properly and to enjoy a more stable experience. To update the app, search for "Insta360" in Apple App Store or your device's app store. If an "Update" button appears, tap it to update. Alternatively, you can visit the Insta360 Website to download the latest version of the Insta360 app.

Method 1: Access via the Player page

Open the Insta360 app, tap "Album" at the bottom > select your desired media to enter the Player page.

  • Flat Media: Tap "Editor" > "Edit" > "Adjust" to adjust the parameters.

  • 360 Media: Tap "Editor" > "Frame Cut" > "Confirm clip" > "Edit and Export" > "Filter" > "Adjust" to adjust the parameters.

Method 2: Access via the Edit page

Open the Insta360 app, tap "Edit" > "Create a Video" > select your desired media, tap "Next" > "Edit" > "Adjust" to adjust the parameters.

The following parameters can be adjusted in the Insta360 app: Exposure, Highlight, Shadow, Contrast, Brightness, Black Point, Saturation, Vibrance, Temp, Tint, and Definition.

Please Note: The Insta360 app currently does not support adjusting the sharpness.
